While with JMH Consulting Inc., I helped the University of New Haven address ad fatigue in its digital campaigns for the Criminal Justice and Emergency Management degree programs. To better market to prospective students and highlight the distinct benefits of each program, we developed a refreshed brand identity and targeted campaign.
Project Overview
The refreshed branding for the University of New Haven’s Criminal Justice and Emergency Management programs was designed to be bold, cohesive, and unmistakably UNH.

It prominently features the university’s signature yellow and blue color palette, paired with dynamic chevron shapes that frame headlines, body copy, and the university logo—evoking movement, urgency, and direction. The campaign’s visual strategy centered on imagery that is both daring and inspirational, offering prospective students a compelling glimpse into the high-stakes, life-saving careers these programs prepare them for.




Primarily a digital-first effort, the campaign included a robust media mix of display ads, social media placements, and customized landing pages. To ensure a consistent brand experience across channels, the campaign also extended into print with commissioned direct mail pieces and postcards—bridging digital and physical touchpoints to engage prospective students more holistically.
